How much is delivery?
We offer FREE UK standard delivery for orders over £75. All orders* below £75 are charged at £10. Next day delivery is available on in stock items ordered before 2pm and are charged at £15 for standard locations. Deliveries to Highlands and Islands are charged at £15.

Unfortunately we cannot deliver to Northern Ireland.
Do you offer a Click and Collect service?
Yes, you can select to collect your order from our Store in Ashbourne. All Click & Collect orders are free. If you select collection from our Ashbourne shop your item(s) will be held for 21 days before being restocked and refunded.
Deliveries During Industrial Action
During periods of industrial action some deliveries may be slightly delayed. During these periods we endeavour to ship all items on the above timescales but this cannot be guaranteed. If you're ordering for delivery before a special occasion we recommend giving yourself plenty of time.
When will I receive my order?
If you order before 2pm orders on in stock items will be dispatched the same day, and you should expect arrival 2-5 working days later. Out of stock items will take a little while longer - we aim to deliver out of stock items in 7-10 working days. In the unlikely event of items being delayed and deliveries taking longer than these expectations we will do our best to notify you in advance via email. Where do you deliver to?
We deliver to UK locations including Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands. Additional delivery charges may apply for these locations. Unfortunately we are unable to deliver to PO BOX or BFPO addresses.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order is placed you will receive a confirmation email from us. When your order is collected by our delivery partners you will receive an additional notification containing their standard tracking information.

What happens if I order multiple items?
To keep costs down we'll arrange as few parcels as possible. This means multiple items will usually arrive in one delivery. On some occasions this may not be possible. On these occasions we will notify you to expect more than one parcel.
