Refund policy

We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to organise a return and 14 days after that to return to us.

Returns eligibility.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with all tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How do I organise a return?

To organise a return please contact us at enquiries@sinfoilandslater.co.uk. We can then email you a printable return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Are returns free?

Exchanging items:
If you’re exchanging an item for a similar in stock item (for example to a better size) we will send you a return label, which you will need to take to a local drop off point. This will be free to you.

Refund Returns

However, if you are returning an item for a refund, the cost of returning it to us is the customers responsibility. The cost of the original postage will not be refunded, only the cost of good(s) purchased.
Proof of postage is required and is also the responsibility of the customer. Please note - Sinfoil & Slater is not liable for any lost or damaged to items during return postage.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is incorrect or damaged, so we can evaluate any issues and support you through to the right outcome.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately we cannot accept returns on certain items. These include underwear and socks. We are unable to accept returns of footwear once they have been worn outdoors. We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Items purchased in store

We are unable offer online refunds or exchange on items purchased in our store, and vice-versa. If you need to return or exchange an online item please do this online by following the instructions above. If you need to exchange or return an item bought in store, please return it to the store.

Exchanges

The easiest and quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. If the size you need is no longer available a refund can be issued.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return - and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method, unless you request an exchange. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If in doubt we would advise you call your bank before contacting us.
